Spawn a morning star familiar which drags Isaac, slowing him down when he moves out of range.

The morning star deals DamageStat x (1 + Velocity ÷ 4) damage and can destroy most obstacles.

Holding a fire button near the morning star picks it up, slowing Isaac's movement while charging in the chosen direction. Releasing the fire button throws it out and deals DamageStat x (1 + Velocity ÷ 6) damage to enemies it hits and knocks them away.

When fully charged, the morning star also applies confusion to enemies it hits.

If the morning star moves into a hole, it will respawn near Isaac.
Unlock: Defeat Delirium as Tainted Martha.
